The Anglican Church persecuting the Puritans Puritan Christians sail to America King and Minister of Prussia change the communion ceremony, Lutherans petition against it
I have a church history exam coming up on Monday. It’s not so much material compared to some stuff we are expected to do, but it’s still 140 pages. It’s actually quite interesting, but it’s also a lot of “then this guy did this and the other guys were like…” kind of back and forth. Kids on the playground, only they aren’t fighting over toys but over church or state power in the 1800s. So, to make it easier to remember this stuff, I put together some simple collages with my characters I usually use for sermons. The other day, I told one of my fellow students how I used playmobil characters in my last sermon and how my sister saw me filming for that clip. They said something like “Did she think it was weird that you were playing with playmobil in your room?” And I replied “Nah, my family is used to my creative experiments. I recently forged a knife in the fire pit, so this was minor stuff.”. Not to brag, but it felt good to be able to say that without any shame. And it even inspired the other students to be creative themselves. You don’t need to do extraordinary things, but you can do normal things with an extraordinary mindset.
Where can you learn something new? How can you make it fun or creative? Where can you carry creativity, even when people don’t understand it? Leave a comment if you like, go do something ordinary with an exrtaordinary mindset, and have a great day!
